The hotel is very conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the city center and close to parks and shops, which I really appreciated. However, I found the rooms lacking in cleanliness and basic amenities, which was quite disappointing. The service varied; while some staff were helpful, others were a bit rude. Overall, it offers decent value for money considering its location, but improvements are definitely needed in room maintenance and customer service.
